Healthbucks Inc. doing business as Healthbus (“we”, “our”, “us” and “Company”) operates the website located at www.gethealthbus.com, and other related websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”). This policy explains our privacy practices that apply to the Site.

DBA Healthbus and/or its affiliates ("Healthbus") provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit www.gethealthbus.com use Healthbus products or services, or use software provided by Healthbusin connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, "Healthbus Services"). By using the Healthbus Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members organization and others who use any Service under your account, to the following conditions.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need your own Healthbus account to use certain Healthbus Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Healthbus reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Healthbus Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

All prices, fees, charges, and cost estimates associated with services offered by third parties are determined, set, and controlled solely by the third-party product/service providers. Healthbus does not control, influence, or have any authority over the determination of these prices.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Healthbus Service will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in Miami, Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Healthbus Service, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Healthbus. Venue for any disputes will be the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, FL.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

ADDITIONAL HEALTHBUS SOFTWARE TERMS
The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Healthbus Services (the "Healthbus Software").
Use of the Healthbus Software. You may use Healthbus Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the Healthbus Services as provided by Healthbus, and as permitted by these Terms and Conditions and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Healthbus Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the Healthbus Software in whole or in part. All software used in any Healthbus Service is the property of Healthbus or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Healthbus Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier, cloud provider or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Healthbus Software, whether in whole or in part.
Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Healthbus Software at any time and without notice to you.
Conflicts.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other Healthbus or third-party terms applicable to any portion of Healthbus Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the Healthbus Software and to the extent of the conflict.
